“Retaining talent” used to be the buzz word in human resources. With the luxury of choice pickings amongst highly-qualified staff, human resource teams set up ways to search out the best of the best and leave the rest. In the midst of months, things have moved away from a retaining talent process to “do you have a pulse” and “please take this job” approach to recruiting. This leads to very stressful times for you, Recruiter, for them, Candidates, and they, Management.

Ms. Butler brings fun and energy to this workshop where she shares the top reasons the recruiting process is so stressful and how you can turn it into a healthy process that benefits you, Them, and They. You’ll leave with tools to implement right away in your daily routine while also leveling up your ability to  navigate the Big Quit.

Objectives

  • Attendees will learn key stress management definitions and how they show up in the recruiting process.
  •  Attendees will understand the importance of the Know~Assess~Reduce Your Stress process.
  • Attendees will leave with coping methods and tools to change how they approach the recruiting process that leaves everyone engaged and encouraged.
