Seven Ways Building Culture is like Building Fitness: How to reduce employee turnover by building a fulfilling and productive work culture

Presented by Ryan O'Toole

December 6, 2021, Noon to 1:30 PM

Putting culture first is overlooked and underrated. Constant turnover creates a disproportionate focus on acquiring and onboarding new, rather than developing your existing employees. Worse yet, disengaged staff doing the bare minimum causes others to have to pick up the slack. Both of these problems were greatly diminished when our Anytime Fitness locations shifted their focus to putting culture first. Whether it be with your team or your customers, focusing on and improving company culture will have a profound impact on your bottom line.

This unique program will improve your culture by teaching participants:

  • How to properly assess state of the current culture so that you are meeting your team where they are at.
  • Three phase roadmap to integrate lasting change and improvement to your culture.
  • Three step approach to increase team buy in so that your efforts are well received by your team and reduce friction.
  • How to overcome common hurdles that cause organizations to abandon their culture plan.

HRCI/SHRM = 1.5 credits

Zoom invite will be sent prior to event
