Business Owners and Management Teams recognize their dependence on computer systems and software including the data these systems hold, but are they prepared for the potential liability and fallout if that information is stolen or lost? Claims alleging failure to safeguard personal information can have a detrimental impact on a company’s reputation. In addition, the costs associated with these claims can be staggering.
Effective risk assessment and risk management can help your organization take the appropriate steps to minimize the likelihood and severity of cyber-attacks and data breach. In this session, we will discuss claim scenarios, risk management best practices, crisis management and insurance coverage and available to pay for a such a loss.

About our speaker:
Todd Whiteman is the Vice President of Enscoe Long Insurance Group with 23 years of experience in Insurance and Risk Management. He provides programs and consulting to both for profit and nonprofit organizations across Pennsylvania.
Todd is an active member in the local community and continually holds multiple board positions along with countless hours of volunteer work with various local nonprofits. He was a founding member and President of YNPN Pgh - a 501c3 organization providing services to the Western Pennsylvania nonprofit sector. He currently serves as the President of the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh and has served on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Pittsburgh Planned Giving Council, Junior Achievement, Mental Health America of Allegheny County and others.
Todd has been published both locally and nationally and is a speaker and presenter at various conferences and seminars throughout Pennsylvania.
In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his family consisting of a 12 year old daughter, 14 year old son and his wife of 15 years.
