The Three R's for 2021 Part I: Remote, Return and Rewards

Presented by Tamara Pawlichka

2020 was an unprecedented year for all of us. Some may be in disagreement but like it or not, the pandemic has forever changed the corporate landscape. Managing a remote workforce continues to challenge managers. Some employees are thriving while others are struggling. Even with the vaccine becoming available, the decision to return to the workplace can still be complex. Will all employees return? Does your organization have a plan and have you addressed impacted employee policies, procedures and rewards?

The pandemic has triggered companies to look at benefits and rewards through multiple lenses. Planning decisions are even more complex. Join us as Gallagher covers highlights from their 2020 National Benefits Strategy and Benchmarking and COVID-19 Pulse Surveys along with emerging trends and considerations to plan with confidence.

Program Objectives:

  • Learn best practices for effectively leading a remote workforce and/or a combination of remote and onsite employees.
  • Learn key considerations in building your return to workplace plan.
  • Learn and expand your HR toolkit with data and insights to create a flexible rewards strategy.

HRCI/SHRM = 1.0 credits
