WHRA BENEFITS

The WHRA offers outstanding benefits for HR Practitioners and their employers. This organization is a SHRM approved affiliated organization and all meetings with WHRA are certified by HRCI and SHRM for recertification credits. The 2021 WHRA annual HR Conference was a virtual conference track event and approved for 9 SHRM and HRCI credits.  A similar conference will be announced later this year and will take place in the month of August.  

Members may submit questions via our member forum and utilize our network to advertise open positions in their company.

This organization  offers a great way to network with local HR professionals to share best HR practices. 

Monthly Meetings:

• Since early 2020, meetings are virtual.  
• We vary days and times for monthly meetings.
• Typically host about 8 meetings per year.
• Educational presentations at each meeting

Annual Conference:

• 2022 is a Virtual Conference Track
• Meetings will be held in August, details will be released at a later date.   
• Registered attendees that cannot attend all tracks can request to view the recorded meetings at a later time to receive credit.  
  
• After-conference face-to-face get together is planned.    

• Nearly 100 companies in and around Westmoreland County are represented in WHRA
