Giunta, Seton Hill University | 2020 HR Professional of the Year Andrea Kopcak Andrea’s 20-year professional career in Human Resources has been as a strategic partner primarily focused on Recruiting, Staffing, and Training & Development. She has spent the past six years with IBM providing outsourced recruitment services to the Elliott Group in Jeannette. She was previously a 22-year veteran of FirstEnergy, formerly doing business as Allegheny Energy. Andrea has been recognized by management and peers for superior customer focus and service delivery. She has been guest speaker/presenter at various educational institutions as either subject matter expert or to promote employment opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing Management from Seton Hill University, held her Professional in Human Resources certification for 17 years, and is a certified facilitator of The EQ Interview through The Adele Lynn Leadership Group. She is a member of the Westmoreland Human Resources Association (WHRA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). |
