WHRA HISTORY

The Westmoreland Human Resources Association was founded in March of 1998. Formerly, the association was known as the Jeannette, Irwin, and Latrobe Area Personnel Association. The Association is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Westmoreland Human Resources Association is to influence, partner and educate business leaders and the HR community to build better workplaces.

 VISION STATEMENT

"MORE HUMAN-- MORE RESOURCES" 

with the intention of putting the "Human" back in Human Resources.

SHRM Affiliate Chapter

Membership in SHRM is separate and apart from membership in the WHRA.  We encourage you to become a member of both!
